Enquiry privacy information

Daggen Green uses the contact details, business information and message you supply to review and respond to your enquiry, assign a responsible operator and record follow-up. Please do not include passwords, payment details or sensitive personal information.

We also record the source of your enquiry, any campaign tags and your contact preferences. Your statements are recorded as information you supplied, not independently verified facts. Submitting an enquiry does not subscribe you to marketing or authorize calls unrelated to your request.

Authorized staff can access the record. Our hosting and database providers process it to operate the service. If email notifications are enabled, our email provider receives a notification reference and the operator’s address, not your enquiry text. If you request account access, the email provider also receives your email address and a single-use access link.

We use this information to take steps at your request before a possible service agreement and to manage enquiries securely. Material changes are recorded. You can ask to access, correct or delete your information, or object to further contact, at hello@daggengreen.co.uk. You can also complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office.

Records are retained only as needed for enquiry handling and applicable obligations. An unconfirmed form submission is temporarily retained in this browser tab so a retry can use the same reference; it is removed after confirmation or when you choose to start a different enquiry. Staff sign-in uses an essential session cookie lasting up to eight hours.

Website discovery chat is saved in our database as you send messages. Starting an enquiry chat does not require a privacy checkbox or grant marketing consent. An essential, HttpOnly chat cookie resumes only this conversation for up to 24 hours; it does not sign you into a prospect or staff account. Authorized staff can read a conversation linked to your enquiry. When configured, Rachel uses an AI provider to respond using your message and recent conversation context; otherwise a local fallback responds. Accepting the portal offer saves your enquiry; choosing account creation and verifying your email are separate steps. A new chat-origin account is created only after verification. You can review and correct your details first; contact preference is separate from permission for follow-up or marketing, which remains off until you choose it in your account.

Choosing an account requests a verification email; it does not buy a service or subscribe you to marketing. A verification link is single-use and expires after 30 minutes. A secure sign-in cookie lasts up to eight hours. Account access emails are transactional messages you request.

We keep your profile, source, stated budget, contact windows, questions, qualification and follow-up history to respond to your enquiry. Business statements remain customer supplied. Your email is verified; a phone number or business statement is not independently verified. Earlier profile and preference versions remain in the audit history when you correct them.

You can separately opt into email marketing, withdraw that choice, or stop enquiry follow-up in your workspace. Withdrawing follow-up cancels pending requests. No marketing or calendar delivery is enabled by account creation. Contact us using the details above for access, correction, erasure or account closure requests.
